10 weeks is the soonest...He just dont get it.
While most puppies eyes open at 7-10 days.
These little guys dont usually open till 2 - 3 weeks.
He had a toy poodle at 6 weeks..and it was his biggest baby.
He kept that poor sick thing alive for years when he was so sick.
He is by himself. And I know he's lonely. But I just know 10 weeks is early.

maybe you could fly your dad to you.. let him bond and stay with you for a month.. then let him take baby home.. even 10 weeks is young.. at his age he might not be aware of the puppy not eating enough.. I would have to say as much as he is lonely and anxious.. it is because i cannot let one of the babies leave at that age.. what about parvo... no shots at that age at all.. that in itself would scare me to death....I do hope it all works out though..anne
