I would nt worry about the discharge either as long a it does not smell.
Mine keep themselves so clean I do not notice much all the way through their cycle. When we bred bigger dogs they did have a discharge the last week of their cycle,so I woudl say that is normal.
I have a friend who breeds Bichons and one of them pukes the first week after being bred ,she does not have morning sickness 3-4 weeks after being bred it is the first week for her.They are all different on how pregnancy will affect them some go by the books and others do not.
