I have never sued anyone but if this happened to me I would in a minute. To just pay your bills is not enough, people have to know that this cannot happen and stop breeding the dangerous breeds. I agree with you completely. A yorkie bite and a pitt bite are too totally different things. I have had this same argument with people several times. If they are the same then a garden lizard and and alligator have the same bite.
