Default Help! He is not eating

It's been a week since Moshi Moshi (2 month old Yorkie girl)came to our house. This morning, Jambo threw up (clear, foaming liquid) a few times. I am pretty sure this is from having an empty stomach. He didn't eat a lot of dinner last night and hasn't eaten since. We tried giving him his favorite treats but he turns his head at them as well. He has been taking mild antibiotics for the last week as well that was prescribed by his vet for a mild respiratory/cold issue. He has to be hungry but I don't know what is wrong. I am worried. Could it be that he is a little depressed over Moshi? He is 8 months old and is not that comfortable with other dogs. He is not aggressive but it always a little fearful and hates it when other dogs touch or sniff him. Since Moshi has been with us, she constantly follows him around wanting to play. He just runs from her and jumps on the couch since she is too small to get up their by herself. If he has something, she is quick to get it from him. He doesn't fight back or tries to get it back from her. If she grabs his toy or chew he just backs off. We've been making sure he gets a lot of special attention.
