wow, some great reponses already, and I really appriecaiate it. I also wanted to let people know I was not starting this tread to upset or hurt feeling. This is all for a paper that I am doing for school. (fun I know)But I also feel that we need to be aware of what our comminities are like becasue only as active participants can we help tp foster a change for the better. While doing this paper I found in my community is very biased and racist. It really bothers me becasue I was brought up not to see the color of ones skin, or care about what their beliefs were, people are good people no matter what they believe or look like, if the heart is bad, so is the person. I just wish all people were brough up this way. Anyways, I really really appriecate the imput, I really need it, becasue to look at only one area (my own) is diffrent than getting oppinions from everywhere. Thanks so much again!!!
