I live in a predominately Caucasian community.We moved here 3 years ago and it was strange to have only one race around. I'd say Effingham is 99.8% Caucasian. The kids I taught here one year were soooooo prejudiced! I was teaching them Current Events. Hopefully after having me as a teacher, they are more broadminded about people's differences. Local government is of course, all white due to the population here.
