I live in Palm Desert...PM me and I'll tell you ALL, LOL. Are you actually moving to Palm Springs itself? Are you coming out here to look for a place before you move? Do you have a realtor? (No, I'm not a realtor, lol). I've looked at just about EVERY neighborhood, gated community and area between Palm Springs and Indio/La Quinta. Get ready, girl....it's gonna be HOT this summer! And yeah..with all the watering of golf courses, it's not always a DRY heat, LOL!
