I've tried using treats to catch them before with no luck
I don't think they were socialized with other people because they seem very leary ya know what I mean? I try to be neighborly and get along with our neighbors, but these people are making it very hard for me to bite my tongue. Yesterday when I took off across the dead end road to head to the main road to try and get the one yorkie, my daughter was so mad she said she was gonna call the cops. If the people were outside, I'm sure they would have heard her. I didn't care that she said it either though, I mean, even if they had been out there and heard her, they need to know how irresponsible they're being and either step up to the plate and give two craps in the wind about the furkids, or give them to someone that will.
