I too, am sending good thoughts, prayers and warm wishes for Scooter! I don't have any personal experience with this, (other than with human babies and adults who had the same surgery), but I spoke to a couple who had a Yorkie who had recently had it (they had him with them at Petsmart), had surgery and was doing GREAT! You'd never even know that he'd had it done!
My prayers are with you. I know I'd be so worried too. But I'm sure he'll do just great...it's so amazing what they do these days!!!
