I do this even when I get her teeth cleaned. I live in a small town, and nobody is open on the weekends if Sadie gets ill.

A titer is a blood test. They check to see if they have built up immunity to the shots they have been given. I feel they don't need them every year. We don't' get shots every year. I just don't feel it's good for them. JMO
