Shellie,

I've been where you are too. Kizzie was 16 and so special to me. I put her in diapers, carried her around, fed her the special diets and continued to love her. She was blind, deaf, incontinent, skin and bones and had dementia. Sometimes she didn't know who I was. BUT, she wasn't in pain. Finally, there came a time when I was able to see that she was not happy and I gave myself permission to let her go. She went so fast, I was able to see just how fragile she had been.
She'll always be in my heart. I know you will know when the time is right for you and your baby.
Yorkie hugs to you.
