OP -- are you putting them in the dishwasher or using spray butter in them? Doing either can ruin the finish & cause them to stick. There are a few other things, as well, that ruin the finish. Something about tomato sauce & salt. |
I never put them in the dishwasher. I do use cooking spray, usually PAM. Is that bad for the cookware? I also heat up tomato sauce in them, but not in the two pans that I am having the sticking problem with. Those are the two I use the most, for eggs, chicken, ground turkey and stir-fry.
