We have Emerilware & we LOVE them. We've had our set since 2005. No problems, whatsoever! It's the All Clad quality at a fantastic bargain!
OP -- are you putting them in the dishwasher or using spray butter in them? Doing either can ruin the finish & cause them to stick. There are a few other things, as well, that ruin the finish. Something about tomato sauce & salt.
