Well, I don't know exactly
WHEN it was, or even where or how I first heard of/saw the Yorkshire Terrier breed, but from the first moment I saw these beautiful little dogs I dreamt
of having one some day. I guess "beautiful" and "little" would be what made me want one. It remained my dream for at least
30 years.
Finally about 4 years ago my dream became reality when we found our first yorkie, Lucky
, and appropriately named him "Lucky Lady's Dream Dog". Then came Lexie
, Toby
, and most recently Halle
.
I am an animal lover in general, and I like most any dog, but Yorkies are the only breed for me now and I can no longer imagine my life without a Yorkie in it!
