I had Lasik surgery about a year and a half ago. I don't believe my doc was performing the non-flap one. I did hear about it-there is supposedly pain (none with flap-lasik) and the results are not as clear as traditional. BUT...that's just what I've heard. Good luck! It's the best thing I've ever done!
