thats horrible! shes prolly not a "little dog person" ive had a vet who was always the greatest with my bigger dogs... but then once i got a smaller dog it was like her personality just completely changed and she had no compassion... i blame it on the fact that it was a small dog
no matter what the "excuse" i definately would be talking to the owner
