I have one of each. I think after thinking about it I am going to get my chipped dog tattoed as well. I like that it is visible, I like that even if it is altered the dog is still tatooed and that raises suspicion immediatly. And I am also concerned about the availability of the scanners in some areas.
I have not done any research on the pain factor but I will.
Mignon was tattooed as a tiny baby, she wasn't put under for the procedure. |
