No change today but that is good. She is still trying to move and doing a pretty good job of holding her head up for awhile. He had her first poo today so I guess that is a change after all! The vet was happy about that. They redid the blood tests today, so the results will be back tomorrow.
But there is some new news! Tink is stable and other than checking her blood work and the physical therapy, there is no reason for her to be in hospital now. So, if the lab results come back OK tomorrow, she is going home with Barb and her husband. Barb will bring her with everyday to watch her there and to get her PT. I am really jealous, but I know it's best for Tink.
I held her some more tonight and she was very snuggley - she kept trying to get her head on my cheek. So I helped her along by moving with her. Bless her little heart. I love her soooo much. |
Aww, she loves her mommy so much. That's great that she can leave the hospital. I think I would feel the same way you do about her going home with someone else. You can still go see her, right? Do you know if she is aware of what is going on around her?
I'm glad you got to snuggle with her again.
