AKC will not do anything in getting you the papers and they do state that the papers should come with the dog. Their rules state with selling a dog you MUST give full identifying information with every dog sold even if the papers are not yet available. Perhaps reporting her would result in her loosing AKC rights....if she has them at this time that is. This is simply against their rules!!! I hope you saved all of the emails! I would think that this is more of a civil matter and perhaps only small claims court...although with the amount of money involved it might be able to go further. I don't see why people do this! I hope you get those papers!
