Now she's telling me the dogs are registered to someone other than herself and she's waiting for that party to send her the papers so that she can forward them to me. Doesn't that mean she sold me dogs she didn't own? Isn't that a criminal act of fraud, for which I can file a police report and have her arrested? There are a few kennel names in this drama, some members of this site. All will be exposed if those papers don't show up. What the h... is the matter with people? Belinda |
