99% of the breeders leave AKC because AKC they never had to be concerned about a knock on the door to oversee what they are doing....the extra costs, for the most part only effect a high volume breeder...the breeders effected by the economy will be the commerical breeder...the hobby breeder can cut back and only breed when they want..or not at all for awhile...a commerical breeder who supplies pet shops can not maintain 100, 200, 300 dogs and not breed them... |
