I am not attacking AKC, I think they are a good registry but just think their fees are a little high. I haven't registered a litter with them in about 8 years but I have see others paperwork. $25 + $2 per pup = $35 for a litter of 5 and that don't include a pedigree. I do know of at least one other excellent registry besides AKC and you can get a litter registered with Pedigree for about 1/2. Sorry, but I am not the breeder in question. I just wanted to give my opinion here.
