I'm sorry you're confused.

My favorite is homecooked because:
Kibble is waaaaay over processed and the ingredients aren't high quality. Anything mixed and baked up together with chemicals to preserve it isn't my first choice for Ellie to eat everyday. I also think that dogs don't get enough moisture with kibble.

Canned is a bit better because of the moisture content but it is still processed meat in a can. It isn't fresh and the ingredients are in question.

Raw works very well for a lot of people but personally I will not take the risk. There are a few dogs with compromised immune systems who cannot handle it and can get very sick. This doesn't happen often but it does happen and there is no real way to figure out if your dog's immune system is compromised. I also will not feed whole bones because of the slight chance that they could puncture the stomach/intestines. I see no reason to take the risk.

Homecooked, if done correctly, is extremely healthy and you have control over the ingredients (which you wouldn't if you fed pre-packaged raw). It probably takes the most time but is the best in my opinion. You can even use all organic ingredients if you want.
