My dog did the same thing the first time we look a long road trip. He was 6 months old. He seems to do better with every trip we take.
Make sure you take her potty the same way everytime! Don't forget to have a very special potty treat! I always say to Leo 'lets go potty', then I get his leash and a treat out. I always make a big deal about getting these items.
I think she will guickly learn what you want her to do. It is just like potty training all over again...for every new location. |
