 New breeder law
In the City of Wichita, KS. They now require every breeder to register for a yearly license which cost $50. If you don't and get caught selling a puppy you will be fine $100 each puppy. Not only that you are getting tax on the sale of your puppy but it is not tax deductible. If you have 2 or more unfixed female you have to registered as a kennel.
I don't think that is right...is this law happening anywhere else? |
