Well then she should move to the apartment that doesn't allow dog, IMO.
I live in the apartment that allow dog, so I am not doing anything wrong.
Only fault is that I haven't train her not to bark, but I am still working on that.
I am usually very nice and considerate person but this comment was very rude and I just couldn't let it go.
