Jackson can sometimes have an ear-splitting bark. He is much more vocal than Jake. Jake rarely barks, thank goodness! You just have to keep working toward getting her to learn not to bark her demands. Don't give up, it just takes time. One way I'm finding effective is to ignore him until he settles down. I tell him "no" and if he keeps barking, I go about my business and ignore him. He doesn't like to be ignored, so he settles down and stops barking. (He doesn't realize that ignoring him is just as hard for me as it is for him lol)
