I don't know the answers to all of your questions but did want to welcome you to YT and bump your thread so that others might answer.

Male yorkies can be bossy, but IMO, not as bossy as female yorkies. My experience from reading on the forums is that 2 male yorkies will get along better than 2 females. With the right supervision (and right dogs) I believe too that yorkies and larger dogs can live in the same house with few problems.

I think that there are some members here that do agility with their yorkies. Although knee injuries are a concern with yorkies even if you don't do agility.
