i'm not meaning to be bashing anyone, but in my opinion if i had a client who came in and asked for a specific cut and i did nothing like what they wanted, i wouldn't expect them back in my shop. i guess what i'm suggesting is to maybe search around for another groomer if there are a few in your area, you might get the results you want from another groomer. i have a competition groomer in my area and she is the kind of groomer that if someone asked her to leave the coat say 1" long, she'll shave it to the skin, me on the other hand will take as much time as i need to meet the needs of the client. maybe finding a different groomer will give you the results you want. good luck with the haircut thing
