This happens to me almost everytime I walk Lily and it seems like it doesn't matter where we are at! The neighborhood (huge, big, red doberman always left out in the front yard with a fenced back yard Go Figure!
), the park (always some big dogs running around off leashes),or around our neighborhood pond. The doberman will actually come out of the yard and growl at us. One time the owner came out and was all apologetic, but she seems to be clueless! What is up with these people?
If I were you I would just discuss with her politely and if that didn't help contact the management of the apts. I am going to contact our homeowners assoc. if our situation doesn't change soon!
