I had two of my girl spayed at the same time and they are both 3 lbs. I would find someone that has done very small pets many times and uses a minimally invasive incision. My vet has spayed rats and she only used a 5/8" cut and used her finger to find the fallopian tubes not an instrument that can puncture other organs. Make sure they have an other vet or vet tech that monitors the anathesia, even if you have to pay extra for it. I'm sure she will come through fine also, so long as you do your homework!
