Poor boy! This too happened about a month ago to Zoe..She still looks pathetic. Her hair is starting to finally grow. He even chopped her head, ear, nose everything...now, not to give this so called groomer any credit at all but a pro for Zoe is that she will be having babies and her hair won't get in the way.
From that day on I swore I will never step a foot into another groomer's place and believe me...I won't. It is completely devastating to look at a naked dog that looks nothing like the one own.
