I use my crockpot a lot, put a chicken breast or leg/thigh quarter in with a potato wrapped in foil and turn it on and forget it. Also put a thick pork chop in with a can of cream of celery soup and that's good. Cook cauliflower or broccoli in a cooking bag in the microwave and that's supper. Very good and healthy, too.
