my kayko is the same way hes 9 months he was like that from day one i think they all calm down when they get older but its helps when there neutered im not much help sorry
but with the bag all the doggie one have harnesses in them so the dog can jump out mabee hell like it and go to sleep in it you never know good luck :heart
