I have a 95 lb. lab who lives in my home and has NO IDEA she is a big dog.... She was olde when I got Hope and Tootie and never once acted poorly with them. She is a very gentle dog and loves to love on the "babies"... it all has to do with the temperment of the big dog... my friend has a lab who I would not let NEAR Hope, she is wild and crazy and would trample her in a second....
