I just went through this. Abby has only been home with me for 2 weeks. I first contacted the breeder on Jan. 5! I felt like she was never going to get here. I know what you mean about thinking about them all the time. The closer it got to time for her to come home, I was even dreaming about her.
I read a lot! When I went to pick Abby up, there wasn't much that she told me, that I hadn't already read here or in one of my puppy training books.
