I agree, the lower jaw will protrude out and the upper teeth when the
mouth is closed will come down inside of the lower jaw on an under bite.

It looks like a very slight over bite but in pics at this point that's even hard
to confirm. If your just looking for a pet neither a slight under or over bite
will make any difference in what kind of companion she'll be. I have one with
an under bite and she's awesome and this poses no problem for her.
