From what I understand a splitter is the results of a Biewer and Yorkie being bred. Their puppies are called splitters (The ones with the biewer look may be different I'm not sure) When a Splitter (looking like a yorkie) is bred to another of the same they will produce biewers. I'm not sure but this is how I understood it.
