It took me awhile to find a breeder that would sell me a pup as well... but as you can tell from my avatar my children were very small when we got our dogs. We didn't have a single accident or incident.
I think it is just as easy for an adult to stumble on top of a dog... accidents happen... but not every child is the same. My kids were wonderful with the puppies.
I will leave it at that because I understand where people are coming from... I just think it is very judgemental to decide prior to meeting the family.
By the way my kids are now 6, 3 and 8 months. We have three yorkies and couldn't be happier.
