Eight pounds is very large for a breeding male and he is not full grown yet. He will probabley top out around 10 lbs +/-. I dont know of many people willing to risk their females lives breeding to such a large male. I would have him neutered, research the breed more and if you are looking for an excellent breeding male, I would buy another from a reputable YTCA member. Of course, they have stipulations/contracts on these dogs as well. |
