I love the smaller bows 3/8 or single looped 5/8 on my two. 4.5lbs and 5.5lbs. It just depends on your taste/style...and what you like. You can also buy one of each and see what you like better. Sometimes, the doubled ones stand up/out so much...sometimes they are heavy and are easy to "flop", etc. Some designs can not be done "single looped", so you have to ask about that if you see a style you like....
