I'd be very concerned 1/2 hour after and a little less concerned a few hours after. I would not go too far from home for 48 hours and any vaccine can produce long-term side effects but it isn't just lepto.

If you told your vet not to give it and they did anyway, you can report him/her.

Sleepiness and inappetance is normal for about 48 hours after the lepto vaccine.

Make sure your dog's gums are pink, not pale, white or gray.
That would be an emergency.
