I had the EXACT same problem with Tucker when I got him. Come to find out it was dried in urine in his coat. His previous owners didn't take very good care of him and his coat was soaked with nastiness . After a bath I thought it would go away, but it didn't. It took several baths and a trim to get it all out. I would assume this might be why your girl is stinky, I think a trip to the groomers and more baths and she'll be right as rain. I know I was freaking out when nothing seemed to work to make him smell better, but time and frequent bathing helped. I know you shouldn't bathe too often, but it was definitely a necessary evil with poor Tucker, he wasn't like most puppies and still wanted to poo and pee in his sleeping space no matter how small we made it so we had to keep washing him. Good luck with your smelly little problem I hope this helps!
