And vice versa our older dog LOVES to eat the puppy food. The grass is always greener... Is puppy food bad for older dogs?
I have been trying so hard to just get them both to eat their OWN food out of their OWN bowl but nothing works...what can I do?!
Any suggestions or info would help!!
Oh I also have one more question I'll just throw in. Is it bad for yorkies to eat rawhide bones? Our dogs love them but I worry that they can't be good.
Thanks in advance. |
as far as i know.. she should be eating puppy food.. it has been formulated for their growing bodies. Some foods (Canidae and Wellness.) have a food for "all stages" but if it isn't that type of food she she be on a puppy food
and second.. yes rawhide is VERY dangerous for any type of dog.. they can chew off a piece, swallow it and it expands in their intestines occassionally causing a blockage.
