They would've been more than happy to do it, but Daddy is 77 and Mama is 72. Neither is in good health and a trip out in a thunderstorm is beyond them.
She said the owner said he "forgot" the puppy was outside. Mama hit the roof. I can see this will be an ongoing battle between them. My parents are just livid over this situation and plan to talk to the Chief of Police after church today.
