good post.. I do the same..and the only dog I have ever placed went to my best friend, a girl I have known since she was 12 years old... has not kids.. and I see my boy when ever I want.. I could not have sold him for money.. for more important he knew her so well..and boy does she dot and love him..but it is a real scary thing....anne
