Pat I for one agree with there should not be a problem with having a limit for the simple fact some people cannot set a limit for themselves and end up with a hoarding situation or just way too much breeding going on even in some show kennels.
I cannot see for the life in me why anyone would ever want to have 25 litters a year or even 10. Of course my dogs are in my home and love to sit in my lap and we lay in the floor and play. Its about the dogs for us. Even at shows we are hanging out with the dogs and eating in our room with the dogs
