WAS looking for a yorkie in NY before I found my Dunkin. I had some threads that would have been useful to you but I've already deleted them. From the research that I've found, I wouldn't recommend buying from S&V quality pups or petitepuppy.com. There are mixed reviews but the majority screams PUPPY MILL. If you spend the time, you can find some NY area breeders her on YT. I would also consider looking into PA or NJ because I know there are reputable breeders there as well. If you want, PM me and I can help you dig up those threads that I was considering when looking for a puppy in NY.
