I saw that on the news this morning.

This is why we need stringent laws to be put into place. This has nothing to do with the dog being a pitbull. ALL dogs must be leashed when walking in the street no matter their size!! Thats it! Its rediculous that ppl feel that they can let there animal loose with no problem and think " oh my baby wont hurt a fly" Thats BS and frankly the owner of the pitbull should be liable to pay all vet fees and rehabilitation of that dog... JMO
