I think the point some people are trying to get across is that the true babydoll face includes the apple head, which is incredibly unhealthy.

It probably doesn't show so much in these pics but she has the round eyes and a bit of a round head, more so than my other Yorkies but she is very healthy. My point was that she came from a breeding of standard, show stock dogs. I'm really not sure how extreme the look has to be to be considered a TRUE baby-doll face; guess it's a matter of degrees LOL.
